Job Description:
The Account Executive position at Force Marketing is an integral part of the agency and Account Services team. This individual successfully supports the senior client team execute ongoing daily tasks and projects associated with clients’ multi-channel accounts. The Account Executive serves as a liaison between clients and the agency as one of the daily points of contacts, with the goal of managing agency resources to meet clients’ needs.

The Account Executive should establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and all internal support departments. The Account Executive must always maintain a high level of awareness for client projects, and brands, automotive industry standards, Force’s products/services, client/company communications and the company culture.

To be successful in this role, this individual should be a proactive self-starter, detail oriented and highly motivated, able to manage multiple tasks while self-prioritizing. Strong interpersonal, email and phone skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:
• Gathers information and support materials necessary to accomplish current projects
• Negotiate client changes, submit changes to art and secure client approvals
• Oversee all jobs submitted and approved for state and manufacturer coop/compliance and review necessary artwork changes
• Submit digital and email jobs
• Prepare monthly reporting including digital, email, call and PURL reporting and post sales reports
• Organize, plan and schedule monthly reporting calls
• Submit final artwork changes to art following final proofing and double check high res files
• Complete all AE related workflow tasks in Forcetell

Job Description:
Our automotive direct mail company is expanding, and we are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include layout, creation and artwork revisions of/to flyers, letters, magazines, postcards and other direct mail pieces according to printer templates and client specifications. Occasional photo retouching is also necessary.

Candidate must be skilled with Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in quick-paced disciplines is a plus. This position is part of a team that job-shares, so you must be a team-player and organized.

Job Description:
The Force Marketing Account Coordinator is an integral part of our agency and the Account Services team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of multi-channel accounts and client projects, providing administrative back-up to the assigned Account Services team, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure projects continually exceed client expectations.

The Account Coordinator must always maintain a high level of awareness for client activities and be able to act as a “behind the scenes” problem-solver on their clients’ behalf, supporting their Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, clients’ brands/markets, Force’s products/services, client/company communications, and the company culture. This position is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Executive.

To be successful in this position, the Account Coordinator must be a strong communicator, proactive, detail- oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist team in mocking up proofs, submitting client/compliance changes to art, proofing art before sending to AE, and uploading client/compliance approvals to ForceTell
• Create, print and ship POP
• Compile disclaimer sheets for AE
• Upon receipt of disclaimer sheet, order insurance if necessary
• Submit creative for state and manufacturer compliance and/or MDA approval
• Compare invoice to artwork and create necessary sales sign-offs
• Send upgrade vehicle information to list departments
• Setup ForceTrac numbers and/or a BDC
• Call to confirm tracking numbers are working properly
• Create digital requests for domain purchases, landing pages/PURLs, and eblasts
• Order and ship incentives
• Coordinate with AE to ensure presale emails are sent out on time
• Manage entire coop packet process: request invoices/samples/postals, prepare UPS labels, and send package to client, recording date and recipient.
• Manage mail samples – save for sales/client and file the rest.

Skills and Requirements for this role:
• Take total ownership of clients’ accounts and projects and maintain quality control even (and especially) during timeline crisis situations. This includes ensuring all content is checked and proof-read, and assisting as necessary with various production aspects of the workflow process.
• Stay on top of projects and tasks. Proactively communicate with internal team members daily in a professional, efficient manner and surface any issues/concerns regarding accounts/projects promptly.

Requirements:

2 -5 years outside sales experience

Unlike most sales organizations, Force Marketing doesn’t demand that our sales reps acquire all new business each month. Our clients need our services all year long! When you become a sales rep, we will provide you with your own exclusive region of 500+ contacts and teach how you to earn repeat and referral business. You will be responsible for reaching out to dozens of automotive dealers every day. We will show you how to get your foot in the door.
