Job Description:

Force Account Executives are responsible for the on-time, high quality execution of direct marketing programs for multiple automotive clients. Taking direction from Management and working within a team that includes Sales, Print Production, Art Department, List Department and fellow account executives. Must be organized, track and perform all of the tasks required to execute a successful marketing campaign and direct marketing programs. The AE reports directly to the Account Manager.

To be successful in this role you need to have a demonstrated track record of on-time, quality delivery and familiarity with the following areas: working with 10-15 accounts at once, multi-tasking, ability to follow requirements and project plans and possess communication and interpersonal skills that enable open discussion with team members. This position also requires exceptional attention to detail, foresight in identifying issues before they affect quality and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaison between the client and the company
• Ability to manage projects within the project plan and proactively work with Account Management to adjust project plans as needed
• Communicate clearly and regularly with team members in a professional manner
• Support teams in generating timely and accurate information
• Establishes and maintains client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention

Job Description:

The Digital Onboarding Specialist is a highly crucial cog to the success of Force Marketing’s digital department. As a Digital Onboarding Specialist, you will effectively handle all of the onboarding processes of our digital clients from set-up through launch.

Responsibilities:
• Working with both third-party vendors and our dealer clients in getting every aspect of the digital campaign fully implemented in a timely and effective manner prior to launch. This includes:
  o Being present in all pre-launch client strategy calls
  o Getting out all essential set-up information forms to clients in a prompt manner
  o Correspondence with third-party vendors and feed providers for tracking code implementation and feed provisions
  o Working with Digital Account Strategists and SEM Specialists with any onboarding concerns or troubleshooting
• Managing, updating and archiving all digital client accounts information via our state-of-the-art back-end systems
• The handling of CO-OP claiming and OEM compliance for all of our digital clients
• Digitally evaluating prospective clients and forming digital budget proposals
• Communication with team members both in and out of the digital department
• Continuous education and enrichment of the PPC and digital marketing industry

An ideal candidate has a degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated candidates are ideal for this position.
