Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Management Team performs a range of support duties related to the daily operations of Force Marketing, ensuring client campaigns and projects are delivered within scope. The Project Management Team acts as “gatekeepers” for many marketing projects and interacts with sales and various execution teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered/executed on time and budget.

The Project Manager position oversees the internal daily account activities by actively working on the progress, purchasing, budget, recording, cost accounting and reconciliation of campaigns. Assistance may be also be needed with special projects, team collateral distribution, and filing. Essential skills required of an associate in this role include proactive problem solving, critical thinking and anticipation of issues, effective communication especially under stressful circumstances, accuracy and thoroughness as well as attention to detail. A successful associate in this position assumes total ownership for all projects, with a “get it done, roll up your sleeves” attitude.

  • Organize, prioritize and track all marketing projects to ensure they move seamlessly through the process from start to completion.
  • Manage the flow of incoming projects, entering project timelines and information into Salesforce.
  • Interact with vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered by deadline and, verify specifications, time, frequency and placement of ads.
  • Handle supporting client files, ensuring timeliness of delivery and accuracy
  • Obtain bids from outside vendors and complete purchase orders.
  • Aid in producing, assessing, processing and reconciling client agreements and invoices.
  • Communicate daily to client facing teams about project status updates and, proactively identify and resolve issues pertaining to job completion.
  • Assess jobs for timeliness of execution, cost/margin analysis, team job distribution.
  • Schedule/Coordinate and Track Shipping & Logistics.
  • Distribute and/or File all Print Samples and Postal Receipts.
  • Process Coop Packets for assigned accounts with responsibility for funds oversight/management and reimbursement.
  • Monitor data accuracy, data entry and job detail updates to Salesforce, Forcetell, Google Docs, etc.
  • Additional tasks as assigned/needed.
Approximately 1 year or less of work experience required, preferably at an agency or in marketing. Local candidates only. Key Performance Metrics:
  1. Timely and accurate generation of Jobs and Reconciles, Job Statuses, and Purchase Orders.
  2. Meets established target dates for campaigns and assigned tasks.
  3. Quick, transparent communication of errors, issues, and follow-through for Jobs affected.
  4. Accurate and timely processing of Coop packets, ensuring maximum dealer funds reimbursement.

Our automotive direct mail company is expanding, and we are looking to hire a Production Designer.

Responsibilities include layout, creation and artwork revisions of/to flyers, letters, magazines, postcards and other direct mail pieces according to printer templates and client specifications. Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

The Force Marketing Onboarding Specialist is an integral part of our agency and the Strategy team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of all accounts that have newly enrolled in full multi-channel service with Force Marketing.

 

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and leading all onboarding calls and assist the company in collecting all items needed to launch an account. The Onboarding Specialist will be expected to have an in-depth working-level understanding of all company products and their recommended structures. In addition this role is responsible for providing internal personnel with instructions for onboarding as well as the QA of all new products before launch. This position offers the opportunity for growth to become a Strategy Manager managing a book of business with their assigned Client Success Manager.

 

To be successful in this position, the Onboarding Specialist must be a strong communicator (both internally and externally to clients), proactive, detail- oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Account Coordinator

Job Description:

The Force Marketing Account Coordinator is an integral part of our agency and the Account Services team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of multi-channel accounts and client projects, providing administrative back-up to the assigned Account Services team, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure projects continually exceed client expectations.

 

The Account Coordinator must always maintain a high level of awareness for client activities and be able to act as a “behind the scenes” problem-solver on their clients’ behalf, supporting their Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, clients’ brands/markets, Force’s products/services, client/company communications, and the company culture. This position is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Executive.
