Account Coordinator

Job Description:

The Force Marketing Account Coordinator is an integral part of our agency and the Account Services team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of multi-channel accounts and client projects, providing administrative back-up to the assigned Account Services team, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure projects continually exceed client expectations.

 

The Account Coordinator must always maintain a high level of awareness for client activities and be able to act as a “behind the scenes” problem-solver on their clients’ behalf, supporting their Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, clients’ brands/markets, Force’s products/services, client/company communications, and the company culture. This position is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Executive.

 

To be successful in this position, the Account Coordinator must be a strong communicator, proactive, detail- oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Assist team in mocking up proofs, submitting client/compliance changes to art, proofing art before sending to AE, and uploading client/compliance approvals to ForceTell
  • Create, print and ship POP
  • Compile disclaimer sheets for AE
  • Upon receipt of disclaimer sheet, order insurance if necessary
    Submit creative for state and manufacturer compliance and/or MDA approval
  • Compare invoice to artwork and create necessary sales sign-offs
    Send upgrade vehicle information to list departments
  • Setup ForceTrac numbers and/or a BDC
  • Call to confirm tracking numbers are working properly
  • Create digital requests for domain purchases, landing pages/PURLs, and eblasts
  • Order and ship incentives
  • Coordinate with AE to ensure presale emails are sent out on time
  • Manage entire coop packet process: request invoices/samples/postals, prepare UPS labels, and send package to client, recording date and recipient.
  • Manage mail samples – save for sales/client and file the rest.

Jr. Graphic Designer - PART TIME

Job Description:

Our automotive direct mail company is expanding, and we are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include layout, creation and artwork revisions of/to flyers, letters, magazines, postcards and other direct mail pieces according to printer templates and client specifications. Occasional photo retouching is also necessary.

 

Candidate must be skilled with Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in quick-paced disciplines is a plus. This position is part of a team that job-shares, so you must be a team-player and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (CC2014)
  • Mac-based designer
  • Quick, creative, problem-solving skills

We’ve partnered with the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences to create an internship program designed to help students gain valuable hands-on business experience in a faced-paced marketing environment.
