Account Coordinator

Job Description:

The Force Marketing Account Coordinator is an integral part of our agency and the Account Services team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of multi-channel accounts and client projects, providing administrative back-up to the assigned Account Services team, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure projects continually exceed client expectations.

 

The Account Coordinator must always maintain a high level of awareness for client activities and be able to act as a “behind the scenes” problem-solver on their clients’ behalf, supporting their Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, clients’ brands/markets, Force’s products/services, client/company communications, and the company culture. This position is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Executive.

 

To be successful in this position, the Account Coordinator must be a strong communicator, proactive, detail- oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Assist team in mocking up proofs, submitting client/compliance changes to art, proofing art before sending to AE, and uploading client/compliance approvals to ForceTell
  • Create, print and ship POP
  • Compile disclaimer sheets for AE
  • Upon receipt of disclaimer sheet, order insurance if necessary
    Submit creative for state and manufacturer compliance and/or MDA approval
  • Compare invoice to artwork and create necessary sales sign-offs
    Send upgrade vehicle information to list departments
  • Setup ForceTrac numbers and/or a BDC
  • Call to confirm tracking numbers are working properly
  • Create digital requests for domain purchases, landing pages/PURLs, and eblasts
  • Order and ship incentives
  • Coordinate with AE to ensure presale emails are sent out on time
  • Manage entire coop packet process: request invoices/samples/postals, prepare UPS labels, and send package to client, recording date and recipient.
  • Manage mail samples – save for sales/client and file the rest.

Jr. Graphic Designer - PART TIME

Job Description:

Our automotive direct mail company is expanding, and we are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include layout, creation and artwork revisions of/to flyers, letters, magazines, postcards and other direct mail pieces according to printer templates and client specifications. Occasional photo retouching is also necessary.

 

Candidate must be skilled with Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in quick-paced disciplines is a plus. This position is part of a team that job-shares, so you must be a team-player and organized.

Account Executive

Job description

The Account Executive position at Force Marketing is an integral part of the company and Account Services team. A Force Marketing Account Executive is primarily responsible for successfully executing projects and tasks associated to an assigned portfolio of multi-channel clients. This associate serves as a liaison between clients and Force as one of the daily points of contacts with the ultimate goal of managing internal resources to exceed the client’s expectations. An Account Executive must maintain a high level of awareness and command for clients’ projects and brands, the automotive industry and standards, Force’s products and processes, client and company communications as well as the company culture.

To be successful in this role, the Account Executive must have a “do what it takes” attitude. This individual should be a proactive self-starter, detail oriented and highly motivated, able to manage multiple tasks while self-prioritizing. Strong interpersonal, email and phone skills are a must as the Account Executive must establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and all internal support team members.

Senior SEM Specialist – PPC

Job description

Summary

Force Marketing is looking for talented, experienced and driven Senior SEM Specialist to join the Force Marketing digital team. The Senior SEM Specialist will work closely with the Manager, Paid Search, Client Success and Strategy team, managing the overarching paid search strategy for automotive clients.

The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and launching campaigns for various clients in the automotive industry. This role requires self-motivation, an acute attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of performance in competitive markets utilizing Google AdWords and Bing Ads PPC channels. The Senior SEM Specialist will develop and manage high-touch campaigns and oversee the setup and delivery of digital campaigns.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Work closely with and report to the Manager, Paid Search

· Based on unique dealership objectives, continually optimize paid search efforts through A/B testing, bid management, ad copy, keyword research, and testing/analysis

· Collaborate with Client Success Team on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts

· Monitor and report performance of campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements

· Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items

· Effectively manage budgets throughout the month

· Assist and train team members with questions, tasks, and trainings as needed

· Maintain high levels of current knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media

· Participate with Client Success Team in client meetings during account planning and development, as needed

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of managing paid search advertising

· AdWords certification is required

· Automotive Marketing experience preferred

The SEM Specialist will be expected to work with automotive dealer accounts on all SEM and paid search needs. In this role, the SEM Specialist will manage all aspects of search marketing campaigns utilizing AdWords, Bing, and bid management software as well proprietary technology. The ideal candidate will have a Google AdWords certification and will work with Client Success Managers and clients on an as-needed basis to ensure strategic optimization initiatives are being met.
