The Force Marketing Account Coordinator is an integral part of our agency and the Account Services team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of multi-channel accounts and client projects, providing administrative back-up to the assigned Account Services team, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure projects continually exceed client expectations.
The Account Coordinator must always maintain a high level of awareness for client activities and be able to act as a “behind the scenes” problem-solver on their clients’ behalf, supporting their Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, clients’ brands/markets, Force’s products/services, client/company communications, and the company culture. This position is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Executive.
To be successful in this position, the Account Coordinator must be a strong communicator, proactive, detail- oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Our automotive direct mail company is expanding, and we are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include layout, creation and artwork revisions of/to flyers, letters, magazines, postcards and other direct mail pieces according to printer templates and client specifications. Occasional photo retouching is also necessary.
Candidate must be skilled with Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in quick-paced disciplines is a plus. This position is part of a team that job-shares, so you must be a team-player and organized.
