EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Q. What’s your role at Force, and what does it entail?

I am currently a Client Success Manager at Force, and my goal is to make sure my clients are maximizing all opportunities in their current market. This role enables me to work closely with my clients to ensure our strategies align with their current goals, to align creative messaging with target audiences, and to help guide my execution team to campaign success!

Q. What’s your favorite thing about what you do here?

Over my years here at Force, I have held many positions that have all led me to my current role. That being said, I love that as you grow professionally, Force allows its employees to make what they want out of their careers. The exposure to so many aspects of the marketing and automotive industries is intense!

Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.

Native Atlantan. Mom of Force Marketing’s unofficial mascot, Letty the Dog. Shark enthusiast. Die Hard fanatic. Kesha is my spirit animal (yes, she dropped the dollar sign). Recently got engaged, and our wedding is on my favorite holiday: New Year’s Eve! #RappingUp2017. All of the champagne.

LIGHTNING ROUND

Q. What’s your dream travel destination, or favorite place you’ve ever traveled?

My bucket list is actually out of control. Top 5 in order: Greece, Maldives, South Africa, New Zealand and Iceland. Although my favorite place I’ve been thus far is Washington DC. Because America.

Q. Did you have any sort of automotive background before Force?

My grandfather opened our family business of radiator and repair shops around Atlanta back in the ’40s, and my dad and uncle continue to manage the business and plan to keep it in the family! The real perk is having direct cell phone access to immediate roadside assistance (my dad, lol)!

Q. What’s your dream vehicle?

I am the epitome of every dealer’s nightmare. Jaguar would be nice. I also like Volvo a lot. But Subarus are uniquely awesome. This girl is not brand loyal and I have no idea what I want. Let’s not even get into models.

Q. What song would be your theme song?

Float On by Modest Mouse. It overcomes any mood as a reminder of perpetual optimism.

Who would play you in the movie of your life?

Uma Thurman. I just like her all-round badassery. But I wish that it was because I could claim doppelgänger status!

Q. What advice would you give to a new employee at Force?

Absorb the environment for a few weeks and then come talk to me. Or don’t, if you get easily offended.

Q. What’s your favorite quote?

Q. Any weird talents or facts about you?

I always carry a koozie and deck of cards on me at all times. You never know when you may need either or both.
