ATLANTA, GEORGIA— Force Marketing is proud to announce the addition of two key members to its sales team– Matt Lamoureux and Heather MacKinnon, both joining the team in the role of National Director of Business Development.

Lamoureux joins the Force Marketing team from CarStory, a provider of Big Data solutions for many of the Global 1000’s largest automotive businesses. While there, he was responsible for the first 2,600 of 3,000 car dealerships to adopt CarStory products. He also led product training during the company’s OEM launch.

Prior to CarStory, he worked as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning for DealerRater, where he was tasked with growing the business through sales and business development efforts and forming synergistic partnerships with companies like ADP.

“When I learned about Force, I was so impressed with its mission and the tremendous growth it has experienced in such a short time,” said Lamoureux. “I’m looking forward to working with the existing team to help propel the company into its next stage of development.”

MacKinnon comes to Force with more than 15 years of experience and an extensive background in early-stage business development and automotive digital marketing. Like Lamoureux, she was a key employee at DealerRater, where she spearheaded the development of a national sales team, as well as led employee recruitment, hiring and training initiatives.

She also worked directly with national dealer groups and OEMs to increase awareness and adoption of DealerRater’s products and services.

“I’m passionate about working with talented, engaging people,” said MacKinnon, “so the Force Marketing team and culture felt like a natural fit for me. I know that together, we have the ability to make a true impact within the automotive space.”

These additions to the Force Marketing team work to enhance the company’s ability to aggressively further its growth in 2017 and beyond.

“In 2017, our primary focus is leveraging data to maximize profits for our dealer partners,” said John Fitzpatrick, CEO and President of Force Marketing. “The first step toward accomplishing that is to ensure that we recruit top-notch team members who bring unique and valuable expertise and experience to the table.”

It was Force Marketing’s team, talent and potential for future growth that drew Lamoureux and MacKinnon to come on board.

While their reach will be national, Lamoureux and MacKinnon’s immediate focus will be on their own individual markets. MacKinnon will be based out of Boston and will focus growth efforts in the New England market, and Lamoureux will work out of Miami and focus growth efforts in the South and Central Florida markets. These are two key markets in which Force Marketing is looking to grow its already prosperous business.

Lamoureux, MacKinnon, and the Force Marketing team will be in attendance at the NADA Convention & Expo in New Orleans this week, where they look forward to showcasing the company’s innovative strategies and technologies to dealers and other automotive professionals.
