09 Jun Get to Know Force: Justin DelMarco
Each week, we’ll be highlighting a key Force Marketing team member here on the blog. Get to know our team a little better, starting today with Client Success Manager Justin DelMarco!
Q. What’s your role at Force, and what does it entail?
I’m a Client Success Manager. My day-to-day activities revolve around two main things:
1. Consulting with our clients to identify their goals and objectives, then promoting the successful product solutions Force has to offer that will help them meet those goals.
2. Working with an awesome team of people to execute these solutions for our client partners.
Q. What’s your favorite thing about what you do here?
Seeing the hard work of a group of people over all departments come together to solve a problem, then see the client feel and see the fruits of that labor translate to success for the dealership.
Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
I live in Dunwoody (#burblife) with my beautiful wife, Emily, and our two dogs and cat. On weekdays I spend lots of time with them at home, but on weekends we’re always traveling to see family, friends, or go on our next adventure.
Q. What’s your dream travel destination, or favorite place you’ve been?
Favorite place I’ve traveled is hands down Sorrento & Capri, Italy. My dream destination is actually to back to Italy and hit the cities we missed last time.
Q. Did you have any sort of automotive background before Force?
I worked at a Toyota dealership here in Atlanta. While I wasn’t there very long, I did learn a lot about how a dealership works, and some of the struggles they have, which has helped me in my role as a CSM.
Q. What’s your dream vehicle?
Toyota Landcruiser; it has an incredible blend of all-terrain capability and luxury, which would help me through the next Atlanta Ice-apocalypse in style.
Q. What song would you pick to be your theme song?
Sweet Home Alabama (Roll Tide Roll)
Q. Who would play you in the movie of your life?
Ashton Kutcher, or the jerk husband from The Titanic.
Q. What advice would you give to a new employee at Force?
Always ask questions and take initiative. Everyone I’ve met is always willing to lend a hand to help you succeed and improve. Also, don’t leave your dishes in the sink. No one likes that guy/girl.
Q. What’s your favorite quote?
A mind troubled by doubt cannot focus on the course to victory – Arthur Golden
Q. Anything else you’d like people to know?
The top of my bucket list is base jumping in a wingsuit.
