EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Q. What’s your role at Force, and what does it entail?

My job title is National Director of Business Development. In this role, I am responsible for both hunting for and building new business relationships with marketing decision-makers and their support staff working at car dealerships. Currently, I am laser-focused on delivering experience-based marketing technology and an audience-first strategy to forward-thinking Mercedes-Benz dealerships across the country.

Q. What’s your favorite thing about what you do here?

It always feels fabulous to celebrate milestones. Whether that milestone is that we’ve helped a dealership to surpass a monthly sales objective or to improve its inventory turn rate, I certainly get a great deal of satisfaction from delivering superb results for clients.

Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending as much time as I’m able with my 11-year-old daughter. She and I are both animal lovers, so we often visit zoos, aquariums, and wildlife sanctuaries.

I’m also an avid sports fan who was raised rooting for all teams Boston.

Q. What’s your dream travel destination, or favorite place you’ve ever traveled?

My favorite place I’ve ever traveled would have to be Spain. The architecture in Barcelona is some of my favorite, and I just love the island of Ibiza during the summer months.

Q. Did you have any sort of automotive background before Force?

Yes, I did. Prior to joining Force, I spent 4.5 years building a nationally-recognized internet sales department for Acton Toyota in Massachusetts. Following this, I was recruited to DealerRater as the company’s very first employee, where I served 3.5 years as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Additionally, I later served as Vice President of Business Development for CarStory by Vast.

Q. What’s your dream vehicle?

I would have to go with the Lamborghini Veneno, which sports a 6.5-liter V12 engine and delivers 740 hp and 507 lb-ft of torque advancing the car to 60 mph in only 2.9 seconds. I could never justify spending 4.5 million dollars on a car, but the Lamborghini Veneno is certainly an impressive vehicle.

Q. What’s your theme song?

Just Breathe by Pearl Jam. I am a long-time Eddie Vedder fan and find that this song lifts my spirits and motivates me to stay positive during life’s most challenging moments.

Q. Who would play you in the movie of your life?

I’m a big fan of Robert Downey Jr., and while he may not look a whole lot like me, he would certainly be my first choice to play me in a movie about my life.

Q. What advice would you give to a new employee at Force?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. New employees are not expected to know the answers. By asking questions, you’ll discover you’ve got a team full of people who truly want to see you succeed.

Q. What’s your favorite quote?

Stay positive. Work hard. Make it happen!

Q. Any weird talents or facts about you?

I’m a bit of an entrepreneur. Over the past 10 years, I’ve constructed both a tourist attraction and a small resort hotel on the western coast of Jamaica called Blue Hole Mineral Spring.

Q. Anything else you’d like people to know?

I pride myself on being a team player.
