23 Jun Get to Know Force: Morgan Beavers
Each week, we’ll be highlighting a key Force Marketing team member here on the blog. Get to know our team a little better, starting today with PPC Specialist!
Q. What’s your role at Force, and what does it entail?
I am a PPC Specialist. I build paid search campaigns and manage them daily, making optimizations as needed to help meet the client’s goals and provide a positive ROI.
Q. What’s your favorite thing about what you do here?
There is never a dull moment, in the digital world or at Force. Digital trends are constantly changing, which keeps things new and exciting, and it is great to get to do my job at a place with a “hustle” culture and with so many great people. I also think it is important to celebrate the WINS, and Force does that in many ways. It is always exciting to see client success emails come through and hear about how our work is producing positive results for them.
Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
Outside of work I try to spend as much time outside as possible and with my dog, Emmie Lou. I love hiking, traveling and going on random adventures. I like playing sports, and even though I’m not the best at many of them, I can hold my own on the football field. I also volunteer at an organization to help underprivileged children in the area, which has been a very important cause to me since I can remember.
Q. What’s your dream travel destination?
Definitely Maldives, but I have heard rumors of it eventually sinking… so in that case I’d love to go somewhere in New Zealand.
Q. Did you have any sort of automotive background before Force?
My dad could basically build a car with his bare hands and my sister works at an auto parts store, but other than that, none at all.
Q. What’s your dream vehicle?
So as basic as it sounds, my dream car is a Honda Pilot. Everyone in my family drives a Honda, so I can’t break the tradition.
Q. Who would play you in the movie of your life?
Q. What advice would you give to a new employee at Force?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions – everyone works as a team at Force and is always willing to help. Also, try to stay open to change. Force Marketing is an agency that is hustling and adapting in this ever-changing industry, and is very efficient in the transitions.
Q. Any weird talents or facts about you?
I judge how much I like a restaurant by the variety & quality of their sauce selection. The food is simply not as important.
