26 Jan Get to Know Force: Patrice Pavone-Franco
Each week, we’ll be highlighting a key Force Marketing team member here on the blog. Get to know our team a little better, starting today with Manager of Paid Search Patrice Pavone-Franco!
Q. What’s your role at Force, and what does it entail?
I’m the Manager of Paid Search. I work on contributing to the overall success of the digital business, and owning the day-to-day management and training of the team. We are constantly trying to find ways to improve overall campaign performance and the strategies of our SEM accounts.
Q. What’s your favorite thing about what you do here?
My favorite thing about what I do at Force is that no day is the same. My job includes constantly finding new opportunities to grow our business beyond existing strategies – it’s hard to be bored!
Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
When I’m not updating bids and keeping up on SEM algorithm updates, I’m usually out exploring through the city of Atlanta. Moving here just a little over a year ago, I’ve found out there is still so much to do AND eat! Recommendations appreciated!
Q. What’s your dream travel destination, or favorite place you’ve ever traveled?
One of my dream destinations is South Africa. I think it would be so cool to bike Cape Town, go on a safari, and have a traditional braai dinner.
Q. Did you have any sort of automotive background before Force?
I did! With all of my professional work experience being in advertising, majority of it was working in the automotive vertical.
Q. What’s your dream vehicle?
I wouldn’t mind driving the new Mercedes-AMG GT C Coupe
Q. What’s your theme song?
“Don’t Stop Me Now” – Queen
Q. Who would play you in the movie of your life?
I’ve been told I resemble Kathryn Hahn. Not sure if my movie would be a drama or a comedy, but she does a great job in both genres.
Q. What advice would you give to a new employee at Force?
The manifesto “work hard, play hard” is real here. You’ll push yourself in your role, but Force knows how to have fun.
Q. What’s your favorite quote?
“If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”- Dalai Lama
Q. Any weird talents or facts about you?
Growing up, I developed anisometropia. I’m nearsighted in one eye, and farsighted in another.
Q. Anything else you’d like people to know?
I’m serious about asking for recommendations on cool places to check out in ATL, send ’em over!
Stay tuned for next week, when we’ll be getting to know another Force Marketing team member! Want to be a part of our incredible team? Take a look at the open positions on our Careers page!
