Force Marketing is looking for talented, experienced and driven SEM Specialist to join the Force Marketing digital team. The SEM Specialist will work closely with the digital and client-facing teams managing the overarching paid search strategy for automotive clients.
Specialist are responsible for developing, implementing launching and monitoring campaigns for various clients in the automotive industry. This role requires a self-starter with acute attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of performance. A passion for analyzing competitive markets and metrics utilizing Google AdWords and Bing Ads and Google Analytics is a must! The SEM Specialist will develop and manage high-touch campaigns and oversee the setup and delivery of digital campaigns.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Digital department and report to the Manager, Paid Search
· Act / serve as a Paid Media subject matter expert
· Develop & execute pay per click marketing campaigns on Google and Bing
· Experience managing SEM campaigns through 3rd party bid management software
· Based on unique dealership objectives, continually optimize paid search efforts through A/B testing, bid management, ad copy, keyword research, and testing/analysis
· Implement & ensure proper tracking and lead attribution
· Collaborate with client-facing on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
· Monitor and report performance of campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements
· Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
· Effectively manage budgets throughout the month
· Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and ad serving technology related to SEM (DS3, Kenshoo, Marin, etc)
· Assist and mentor of junior team members to meet annual goals as needed
· Maintain high levels of current knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media
· Participate with client-facing in client meetings during account planning and development, as needed
Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of managing paid search advertising
· AdWords certification is required
· Automotive Marketing experience preferred
· Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Success executing complex, large scale, fast moving campaigns flawlessly
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results
· Direct experience with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management

The Project Management Team performs a range of support duties related to the daily operations of Force Marketing, ensuring client campaigns and projects are delivered within scope. The Project Management Team acts as “gatekeepers” for many marketing projects and interacts with sales and various execution teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered/executed on time and budget.
The Project Manager position oversees the internal daily account activities by actively working on the progress, purchasing, budget, recording, cost accounting and reconciliation of campaigns. Assistance may be also be needed with special projects, team collateral distribution, and filing. Essential skills required of an associate in this role include proactive problem solving, critical thinking and anticipation of issues, effective communication especially under stressful circumstances, accuracy and thoroughness as well as attention to detail. The Force Marketing Onboarding Specialist is an integral part of our agency and the Strategy team. This individual internally supports the day-to-day management of all accounts that have newly enrolled in full multi-channel service with Force Marketing.
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and leading all onboarding calls and assist the company in collecting all items needed to launch an account.
