Now social media users can call your dealership with a simple click of a button
Does your dealership utilize Facebook News Feed ads to connect with consumers? Those ads have just gotten a bit of an upgrade that might make them even more effective.
In October, Facebook launched a “local awareness” initiative aimed at improving the value of its News Feed ads for companies in their local communities. The addition of the new “Call Now” mobile button is part of that initiative.
When mobile users see your dealership’s ads in their News Feed, they also see a small “Call Now” button. Once pressed, your phone number appears and they can click “Call” to be connected directly to your dealership via their mobile device.
Another rollout within this initiative? A “Get Directions” button that, as you can imagine, provides visitors to a brand’s Facebook page with directions to their physical location.
Social media is great for branding, but ideally, it’s also actively driving potential car-buyers to your showroom. When you create ads to show Facebook users, they can now connect with you in a much more immediate way than ever before.
