This past Monday, our whole company spent the day off-site kicking off 2020. Our CEO, John Fitzpatrick, started the meeting off re-capping 2019 and all the lessons learned. He then shared his vision and strategy for 2020. John shared his thoughts on how we will get there by transforming the brand to the consumer buying experience.
This was an exciting day for all as we heard from every leader on their strategy for 2020 and how it incorporates into one team working together to bring the best in class customer experience.
